Return Policy

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover payment processing and administrative costs. These fees are incurred at the time of purchase and are non-recoverable.

After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped via third-party freight carriers. Once an order has shipped, Whitewood Cabinets is not responsible for carrier delays, scheduling issues, or additional fees charged by the freight company.

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. You must be available to accept delivery at the scheduled time. Failure to accept delivery may result in storage fees, redelivery fees, or additional charges, which are the customer's responsibility.

Customers may be responsible for unloading the shipment from the truck. Shipments may arrive on pallets and can be heavy. It is strongly recommended that you have adequate help or equipment available at the time of delivery.

Orders may not be refused due to minor damage or packaging conditions. Refusing shipment may result in additional freight charges, storage fees, or penalties, which are the customer's responsibility.

Inspection & Damage Claim Policy

Customers must take clear photos of all four sides of each pallet prior to and during unloading. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

All items must be inspected within 3 calendar days of delivery. All packaging must be opened and each cabinet must be checked individually.

Hidden damage includes manufacturing defects, concealed physical damage not visible from exterior packaging, and packaging-related damage discovered after unpacking.

Any damage reported after 3 days may be denied. Failure to follow inspection and documentation requirements voids eligibility for replacement, warranty claims, or damage compensation related to shipping.

Wood & Finish Variation Disclaimer

Our cabinets are manufactured using real wood and wood-based materials. Due to the natural characteristics of wood, variations in color, grain pattern, texture, and finish are to be expected and are not considered defects.

Whitewood Cabinets does not guarantee exact color matching between components or future orders. Product images displayed on this website are for reference only. Actual colors and finishes may vary due to lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen settings.

Backorders & Inventory Availability

Product availability is not confirmed in real time at the moment of purchase. All orders are subject to inventory verification after order placement.

If an item is backordered, it will be fulfilled as soon as it becomes available. This may result in extended processing or shipping times. Backordered items do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or chargeback once the order has been processed.

Warranty Policy

Our cabinets are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Warranty coverage includes structural integrity of cabinet boxes, doors, and drawer fronts, and workmanship issues such as delamination, warping, or cracking not caused by misuse.

The warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, handling, storage, abuse, shipping damage not reported within the required inspection timeframe, water damage, humidity exposure, normal wear and tear, finish variation, modifications, or repairs made by unauthorized parties.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Whitewood Cabinets is not responsible for installation. Improper installation may void warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

Whitewood Cabinets is not responsible for delays, damages, or additional costs resulting from third-party freight carriers, improper installation, or failure to follow required inspection procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whitewood Cabinets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor costs, project delays, or additional expenses. In all cases, any liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Whitewood Cabinets directly so we can assist with order issues before seeking resolution through a third-party payment provider.

Failure to follow required inspection, documentation, and claim procedures may result in denial of claims and will be used as supporting evidence in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.
